$300M Concrete Subcontractor Expands Capacity to Handle Construction Accounting

A large concrete subcontractor does 70% of its business between April and October. The company recognizes revenue on a percentage-of-completion method and requires a separate accounting each month for each construction project.

Is my CG Professional a full time employee?

Although they work for Cayto Group — they spend all their time with you! You should treat them as if they were a full-time, long-term member of your team. We do not charge overtime or other fees beyond their monthly bill rate.

How does CG guarantee candidate quality?

Cayto Group aims for our professionals to become long-term members of your team. To achieve this, each candidate is vetted in a multi-stage interview, followed by a written exam and communication/personality assessment with our U.S. team. When the candidates are presented to you for final selection, you can be sure you’re selecting from the best of the best.

What hours does my CG Professional work?

Our professionals are 10 – 14 hours ahead of the USA, depending on the client’s time zone in the US and whether daylight savings is in effect. Most of our CG staff adjust their working hours to have 4-5 hours of overlap during the day and work the remaining 3-4 hours while you’re asleep. We can always discuss a different overlap if required.

What if I am unhappy with my CG Professional?

Although initial contracts are 3 months long, each CG professional begins on a 14-day guarantee period. During this time, you may cancel or request a different professional free of charge. Our client success team is also along for the ride to facilitate good communication early on.
